Every installation meets Part L thermal performance, Part Q security requirements and PAS 24 tested hardware standards.

Do you replace windows in occupied residential buildings?+
Yes — occupied residential refurbishment is a core part of our workload. We work room by room with full dust and weather control, with residents remaining in occupation throughout.
What thermal performance do your windows achieve?+
Standard Schüco AWS 75 installations achieve whole-window U-values of 1.3 W/m²K; AWS 90 with triple glazing reaches 0.8 W/m²K. All installations meet current Part L requirements.
