A new-build primary school in the Nine Elms regeneration area, receiving a full external envelope of curtain walling, thermally-broken windows and secure entrance doors designed for daylight, acoustic comfort and lifetime durability.

Nine Elms School sits within one of central London's most active regeneration zones, surrounded by residential towers, transport works and continuous site traffic. Delta Facades is installing the full curtain wall, window and door package — designed to flood classrooms with controlled daylight while meeting the acoustic, thermal and safeguarding requirements of a modern primary school. Every opening is specified with restrictors, laminated inner panes and safe-touch ironmongery, and the whole envelope has been coordinated with the school's phased handover programme.

Curtain walling is being installed from the primary structure outwards, with independent scaffold access to the teaching wings so the playground zones can be released back to the main contractor early. Every window and door is site-witnessed for weather and air-tightness before internal linings close in.
