Delta Facades are cladding installers and fitters for new build, recladding and remediation projects across the UK. We install A1 and A2-s1,d0 rainscreen systems — aluminium, terracotta and other non-combustible panels — together with the brackets, rails, insulation and cavity barriers that make the system safe.
Full rainscreen build-up
Our cladding fitters install helping-hand brackets and thermal isolators, vertical and horizontal rails, mineral wool insulation, breather membranes, open-state and closed-state cavity barriers, and the final cladding panels, soffits and copings.
Fire safety built in
Under the Building Safety Act 2022, installation quality is part of fire safety. We install cavity barriers to manufacturer instructions, photograph every one before it is covered, and keep golden-thread records for the principal contractor.
Remediation and recladding
For buildings with combustible cladding, our cladding installers strip out, replace and reinstate facades on occupied buildings, working alongside fire engineers and PAS 9980 assessments.

Do you supply cladding panels?+
No. We are installation-only and install systems procured from leading UK manufacturers and fabricators.
Are your cladding fitters trained for fire-stopping?+
Yes. Cavity barriers and fire-stopping are installed by trained operatives, inspected and photographed before closure.
Do you take on remediation projects?+
Yes. We install replacement cladding on fire-remediation and recladding projects, often in occupied buildings.
