CLADDING CONTRACTORS IN LONDON.
A1 rainscreen, aluminium, terracotta and mineral cladding across London
Delta Facades are cladding contractors in London. We install A1 fire-rated aluminium cassette, terracotta, ceramic, HPL and solid metal cladding on new-build and remediation projects across the capital — with the fire-safety documentation, cavity barrier detailing and CWCT-tested interfaces that London specifiers now expect.
London cladding is under the sharpest post-Grenfell scrutiny in the UK. On every higher-risk building we install to Approved Document B, Building Safety Act and PAS 9980 requirements, with full golden-thread documentation and Building Safety Regulator gateway submissions where applicable. Elevations are often mixed — aluminium cassette to terracotta accent to A1 mineral board — and interface detailing is where installation quality is won or lost.
Systems installed regularly across London include Proteus HR aluminium cassette, Sotech Optima, Booth Muirie, NBK Argeton terracotta, Rockpanel Woods and Equitone Natura A1. Every operative is NVQ-qualified and CSCS-carded, supervised by SMSTS site managers, with dedicated firestopping supervisors on higher-risk building packages.

LONDON
QUESTIONS.
Do you install only A1-rated cladding in London?+
On higher-risk buildings — residential above 11m and other buildings caught by the Building Safety Act — we install A1 or A2-s1,d0 rated systems only, with third-party fire test evidence held for the golden thread. On lower-risk buildings we install to the specified classification with full traceability.
Do you install both new-build cladding and re-cladding?+
Yes. New-build cladding packages sit alongside a substantial re-clad workload on occupied residential buildings and higher-risk mixed-use.
Do you install the cavity barriers and firestopping too?+
Yes. Cavity barriers, horizontal slab-edge firestopping and vertical firestopping around openings are installed by our crew as part of the cladding package — not left as a follow-on trade.
