RECLADDING SPECIALISTS — LONDON & UK.
Non-compliant cladding replaced with A1 systems
Delta Facades are recladding specialists replacing non-compliant ACM, HPL and other combustible cladding systems on higher-risk residential and mixed-use buildings across London and the UK. Every replacement uses A1 or A2-s1,d0 rated materials installed to CWCT standard, with full firestopping and cavity barrier upgrades delivered as part of the same package.
Recladding packages are technically challenging: existing substrate condition, cavity barrier detailing, resident liaison, temporary weathering and the interfaces with retained windows and balconies all have to be resolved before a single new panel goes up. Our recladding teams have delivered occupied residential recladding programmes from strip-out through to sign-off, working with delivery partners, freeholders and remediation project managers.
Delta Facades operates as a specialist installation subcontractor across London and the United Kingdom. Our recladding teams are NVQ-qualified, CSCS-carded installers managed by SMSTS-certified site managers, with full lift supervisor and slinger cover on every package.

RECLADDING
QUESTIONS.
Can you reclad while residents remain in occupation?+
Yes — the majority of our recladding work is on occupied residential buildings. Programme is structured around resident liaison, dust and noise management, and continuous temporary weathering.
Do you handle the fire engineer's specification?+
We install to whichever specification the fire engineer and building owner sign off on — we don't dictate the specification but we work closely with the design team through the buildability workshops.
