Do you install only A1 fire-rated rainscreen in London?+
We install the classification the fire engineer specifies. On residential buildings over 18m and other higher-risk buildings we install A1 or A2-s1,d0 systems in line with the Building Safety Act. On lower-risk buildings we install to the specified classification with full traceability.
Can you deliver rainscreen re-clad on occupied residential buildings?+
Yes. Re-clad on occupied buildings is core work for us — we phase the elevations, install screens and protection for residents, and work with the resident liaison team to communicate access windows.
Do you install fire-stopping and cavity barriers as part of the same package?+
Yes. Horizontal cavity barriers at every slab edge and vertical barriers around every opening are installed by our crew as a single sequenced package, audited and photographed to the fire engineer's specification.
