We strip non-compliant ACM, HPL and other combustible cladding systems on higher-risk residential and mixed-use buildings across the capital, and replace them with A1 or A2-s1,d0 rated rainscreen — with cavity barrier and firestopping upgrades delivered inside the same package.
London has the largest concentration of higher-risk buildings requiring recladding in the UK. Every scheme runs under Building Safety Regulator oversight, PAS 9980 fire-risk-appraisal-led scope, and phased-elevation delivery so residents remain in their homes throughout. Resident liaison, dust and noise control, and continuous temporary weathering are core parts of the package, not optional extras.
Delta strips existing cladding and insulation, installs horizontal cavity barriers at every slab edge and vertical barriers around every opening, and installs the A1 replacement system specified by the fire engineer — typically Sotech, Booth Muirie, Proteus HR, NBK terracotta or approved equivalents. Every stage is photographed, audited and documented for the golden thread.

Can residents stay in their flats during a recladding programme?+
In the majority of schemes, yes. We phase elevations, install protection and hoardings, provide continuous temporary weathering, and coordinate access with the resident liaison team. Short access windows into individual flats are usually only needed for balcony and window interfaces.
Do you carry out ACM strip-out?+
Yes — Category 2 and 3 ACM strip-out is routine work, delivered with asbestos surveys where required, dust suppression, and hazardous-waste tracking.
Do you work with remediation delivery partners and freeholders?+
Yes. We work under principal contractors, remediation delivery partners, freeholders and building owners as the specialist installation subcontractor on the package.
