UNITISED CURTAIN WALL INSTALLERS — LONDON & UK.
Factory-glazed unitised facades for high-rise
Delta Facades are unitised curtain wall installers delivering high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use facades across London and the UK. Unitised curtain wall panels are assembled in a factory, glazed under controlled conditions and craned into position storey by storey on site — the standard for tall buildings, tight programmes and demanding weather performance.
Our unitised teams install at the rate the programme demands — 100+ m² per shift on well-organised sites is routine — with full crane, MEWP and mini-glazing-robot cover. Every panel is set out against verified survey data, pre-glazed to factory tolerance, and set on site by NVQ-qualified installers supervised by SMSTS managers, lift supervisors and slingers. We work with Schüco UCC 65 and USC 65, Reynaers CW 86-EF, Kawneer 7250, and bespoke fabricator-led unitised systems.
Delta Facades operates as a specialist installation subcontractor across London and the United Kingdom. Our unitised curtain wall teams are NVQ-qualified, CSCS-carded installers managed by SMSTS-certified site managers, with full lift supervisor and slinger cover on every package.
WHAT WE BRING TO UNITISED CURTAIN WALL PACKAGES.
Speed of installation
Pre-glazed units lift directly from the wagon onto the structure — enclosure rates of 100+ m² per shift are standard on well-organised sites.
Factory quality control
Glazing, sealing and weather testing happen in controlled conditions rather than at 80 metres on a windy day — defect rates fall sharply.
High-rise capability
Superior wind and water performance, designed to accommodate inter-storey and thermal movement over the full building height.
Reduced site footprint
Less material storage, fewer trades at height and faster enclosure — safer programmes and lower preliminaries.

UNITISED CURTAIN WALL
QUESTIONS.
What's the difference between stick and unitised curtain walling?+
Stick is assembled piece by piece on site; unitised arrives as complete factory-glazed panels that are craned into place. Unitised is faster and higher quality but needs crane access and repetitive geometry; stick suits complex or one-off elevations. Full comparison in our guide.
How high can unitised curtain walling be installed?+
There is no practical ceiling — unitised is the default for towers above 8–10 storeys and we regularly install to 20+ storeys. Panels are designed for inter-storey movement and tested to bespoke wind loads.
Are you a Schüco Approved Installer?+
Yes — Delta Facades installs Schüco UCC 65, USC 65 and related unitised systems and our teams train through the Schüco Academy in Milton Keynes.
