A premium riverside office building at 135 Park Street in Southwark, combining standard and faceted curtain wall screens to create a dynamic, sculpted Thames-facing elevation.

135 Park Street is a premium commercial building close to the South Bank, with an elevation that alternates between flat and faceted curtain wall bays to break up the massing along the river walk. Delta Facades installed both facade types, working from a single set-out grid so the faceted units tied cleanly into the orthogonal bays either side. Faceted panels were fabricated as bespoke unitised cassettes with mitred corners, giving a frameless read to the crease line and preserving the sharp architectural intent.

Faceted units were pre-assembled in the workshop as mitred cassettes so no dry-glazing joint fell on the crease line. Standard curtain walling either side used a matched cap profile so, from the river walk, the transition between systems is deliberately invisible.
