A mixed-use development at Smithfield Square showcasing Delta Facades' full envelope capability — windows, doors, rainscreen cladding and curtain wall installed as a single coordinated package.
Smithfield Square is a mixed-use residential and commercial development where Delta Facades delivered the full external envelope: aluminium windows and doors to the residential storeys, ventilated rainscreen cladding to the solid elements, and stick curtain walling to the retail and amenity ground-floor zones. Delivering all four systems as a single package meant every junction was coordinated in-house, eliminating the classic mid-facade interface risk between separate specialist contractors.
The full envelope was modelled digitally before any material was released, with every junction between window, door, rainscreen and curtain wall detailed as an installed sample and photographed for the record. Delivering all four systems from one contractor removed the classic handover gap between packages.
