Nightingale Lane is a refined residential development in Clapham South where Delta Facades installed the full envelope — windows, doors, stick curtain walling and ventilated rainscreen cladding — all specified to a consistent architectural family. The scope covered every habitable-room window, every entrance and balcony door, and the amenity and entrance-level curtain walling. Rainscreen panelisation was set out from the primary window grid so that vertical joints run cleanly through the elevation.
The envelope was set out from a single master grid so that rainscreen joints, curtain wall mullions and window edges align vertically across the elevation. Weather-tightness was tested stack-by-stack, giving the fit-out a predictable rolling handover.
