A comprehensive high-end residential envelope at Fulham Wharf combining windows, doors, curtain wall and ventilated rainscreen cladding into a single coordinated facade package.
Fulham Wharf is a high-end residential complex where Delta Facades delivered the complete external envelope: aluminium windows and doors to the habitable elevations, stick curtain walling to the amenity and entrance zones, and ventilated rainscreen cladding to the solid elements. The scope was delivered as a single facade package, coordinated in-house so that fire cavity barriers, thermal breaks and weather-lines all lined up cleanly at every material change. The programme was sequenced to keep the internal fit-out under weather cover as early as possible.
Every material interface was pre-detailed in a coordination model, mocked up on site as an installed sample, and only rolled out at scale once signed off. The building was closed in vertically stack-by-stack so the fit-out could follow the facade up the building.
