Delta Facades are facade contractors in London. We install the full external envelope — stick and unitised curtain walling, A1 rainscreen cladding, aluminium windows and doors, balustrades and firestopping — as a single sequenced subcontract package across every London borough.
London facade packages routinely combine four or five trades that on other projects would be tendered separately. Splitting them creates interface disputes, water-path arguments and programme drag. Delivering them under one facade subcontract removes that — one setting-out, one QA regime, one air- and water-tightness envelope, one point of commercial responsibility. That's how we work with tier-1 principal contractors on Central London, Docklands, Nine Elms and Stratford schemes.
Every London package is delivered by directly-employed, NVQ-qualified, CSCS-carded installers supervised by SMSTS-certified site managers. Design coordination sits with our in-house facade team, working directly with the fabricator, main contractor, facade engineer and fire consultant. We install to CWCT, Part L 2025, Approved Document B and Building Safety Act requirements as a matter of course.

Both. On single-trade packages we install curtain walling, cladding or windows in isolation. On combined packages we deliver curtain wall, cladding, windows, doors, balustrades and firestopping under one subcontract with one setting-out and one QA regime.
