UNITISED CURTAIN WALL INSTALLERS IN LONDON.
High-rise unitised installation across Central and East London towers
Delta Facades are unitised curtain wall installers in London. We install factory-glazed unitised panels on high-rise commercial, residential and mixed-use towers across Central London, Canary Wharf, Nine Elms, City fringe and Stratford — hooking panels onto brackets floor-by-floor to a tight cycle.
London high-rise sites live and die by crane time. Unitised is specified because it can be installed one floor per week per rig — but only if the logistics work. We plan panel deliveries in JIT batches direct-to-crane, coordinate exclusion zones with the main contractor, and hook typically 15–25 panels per crane shift. We work regularly on towers in Canary Wharf, Nine Elms, Stratford and the Square Mile.
Crews are experienced unitised installers — bracket setting, panel hooking, gasket engagement and stack joint sealing are all core, everyday work. Systems we install include Schüco USC 65 and UCC 65, Kawneer 1202, Reynaers ConceptWall 60, and bespoke fabricator-led unitised systems. Every crew is NVQ-qualified, CSCS-carded and supervised by SMSTS-certified managers.

One typical floor per week per rig is a common target for a 400-500m² floorplate. Actual rates depend on panel size, crane availability and interface complexity.
Can you install unitised panels direct from the delivery vehicle?+
Yes. On tight London sites we routinely install direct-to-crane from the delivery vehicle to avoid needing on-site laydown or double-handling.
