Every operative is NVQ-qualified, CSCS-carded and supervised by our SMSTS site managers — supplied as a self-managed crew, not agency labour.
Labour supply is not the core of what we do — we're primarily a design-and-build installation subcontractor — but on programmes where a fabricator or main contractor needs a trusted installation crew on their own contract, we can supply. Every crew comes with its own supervision, lift and slinger cover, and QA regime, with a Delta site manager over the top.
