Our Scope of Works

Delta Facades has been entrusted with the complete external envelope package, comprising three specialist systems:

Schuco Curtain Wall Systems

The project features a bespoke Schuco curtain wall system that will form the building's primary glazed facade. Our team will install high-performance aluminium curtain wall elements designed to maximise natural daylight penetration while meeting stringent thermal and acoustic specifications.

Rainscreen Cladding

Complementing the glazed elements, we will install a premium rainscreen cladding system that provides weather protection, thermal insulation, and a distinctive visual identity for the building. The cladding system has been carefully coordinated with the curtain wall to ensure seamless junctions between opaque and transparent facade elements.

Windows and Doors

Our fenestration package includes high-performance window systems and entrance doors throughout the building. Each window has been specified to deliver exceptional thermal insulation, acoustic attenuation, and natural ventilation control — critical for maintaining comfortable learning environments in a busy urban setting.
